GSE1 is GreenSky Energy's first utility-scale, environmentally clean solar farms.
GSE1 will be a 5 megawatt photovoltaic solar facility located on 25 acres in the
San Joaquin Valley region of California.

Groundbreaking is planned for Q2 2010. Upon completion in Q4 2010, GSE1 will
generate 2 MW of zero emission electricity initially with another 3 MW coming
online within 12 months.

This is the first of several planned facilities in California and Oregon. Our solar
farms will help Oregon and California meet their stringent renewable energy and
carbon reduction goals.

GreenSky Energy will create new green jobs, and support development of a
renewable energy industry in Oregon and California.
