Solar Facility GSE 1 to Break Ground Q2 2010

Company Executives announced Green Sky Energy's
first solar facilty is expected to break ground in May
2010 and will be fully operational by October 2010.

GreenSky Energy is a Bend, Oregon based developer of utility-scale, environmentally clean
solar farms and other renewable energy projects. Our principal business is providing
renewable electricity for sale to utilities, municipalities and other commercial customers.
Our mission is commercializing photovoltaic solar technology for clean power solutions
and energy independence.

Our first major project will be a 5 megawatt photovoltaic solar facility located in the San
Joaquin Valley region of California. The facility is expected to commence operation by the
end of 2010. It will generate 2 megawatts of zero emission electricity initially with another
3 megawatts coming online shortly thereafter. This is the first of several planned facilities.

Our solar farms will help Oregon and California meet their stringent renewable energy and
carbon reduction goals.

GreenSky Energy will create new green jobs, and support development of a renewable
energy industry in Oregon and California.
